This website, latitudelearningplatform.co.uk, is run by Latitude Learning Platform (“Latitude”, “we”). You can contact us at david@latitudelearningplatform.co.uk.
2. What this site is
The site describes a learning platform that is in development and not yet open for enrolment. It exists to explain what Latitude will offer and to let you join a waitlist. Using the site is free and creates no obligation on you.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we will email you about the launch. It does not reserve a place, commit you to subscribe, or commit us to offer you one. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your email address is covered by our privacy policy.
4. Pre-launch information
We work hard to keep everything on this site honest and accurate, but the platform is pre-launch: subjects, features, dates and prices describe our current plans and may change before enrolment opens. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for the platform exists until you subscribe when enrolment opens, on the terms published at that point.
5. Qualifications and exam boards
Qualifications are awarded by the relevant exam board, not by Latitude. Latitude prepares students for Pearson Edexcel (IGCSE) and AQA (GCSE) specifications and is an independent provider, not affiliated with or endorsed by either board. Exam entry is booked with, and paid to, a registered exam centre.
6. Using our content
The text, design and images on this site belong to Latitude or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to the site and to share pages; please don’t copy substantial parts of it for commercial use without asking.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on pre-launch information or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we change them, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
